Stories & Virtual Reality with Chalkroom

Laurie Anderson, collaborating with Hsin-Chien Huang, has created a virtual reality art exhibit about story called Chalkroom.

It looks so trippy.

Chalkroom looks amazing, immersive visually as well as aurally with 3D sound design. I so want to go swimming in those clouds of letters.

It’s currently at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art north of Copenhagen, so I thought, Well, I did want to go back to Denmark, right? But then I found it’s also at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art — because it’s virtual, it’s digital, it can be in more than one place at once, unlike traditional art media. Wow.
