Thanks for participating in my quest to find an extra book box a suitable home! A winner has been selected.
To keep it fair, this was the process:
- Set up entry form to accept guesses at the name
- Export all submissions to a spreadsheet
- Filter the spreadsheet to the correct name
- Use random.org to select from the correct name entries
- Confirm the winner is valid with a current newsletter subscription
- Share the results!
The name to which the books were already signed was Lisa. I had four Lisas back the campaign — thank you all! — but I accidentally signed five sets of books. Glad this set could find a suitable shelf! The winning entrant has been confirmed and the books are shipped.
This was actually a lot of fun, and I’ve selected a few additional entries to receive a coupon for my website store because the “anything else you’d like to share” field earned my attention. Those will be sent by email as well.
As promised, all entry data (except contact info used for winners) was deleted.
